Rental Policy Requirements

• Reservations require a $250.00 deposit. When the unit is picked up an additional $250.00 is required to complete the $500.00 damage deposit. Charges deducted from the deposit are interior /exterior damages, loss of equipment, refueling or gasoline and propane tanks, additional mileage, additional sales tax, additional generator hours, holding tank dump charges and/or interior /exterior cleaning charge. The completed estimated amount of the trip due at the time the unit is picked up, cash or check only. We accept money orders, cash, personal check and (Visa / MasterCard on deposits only)

• Driver must be at least 25 years of age or older and have a valid drivers license (insurance is required)

• From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Minimum Rental is seven days.

• Pick-up Time: unit must be picked up by 4:00 pm Earlier if the unit is ready (please keep in touch)

• No pick-up on Sunday, Saturday or Holidays. (Drop off is acceptable)

• Return Time 11:00 am is a must! In case of a late return you will be charged 1 ½ time the minimum daily rental for each 24 hour or any part  thereof, as other applicable charges.

• You are allowed 2 hours a day use of the generator. Each additional hour after that is $2.00 per hour. RV toilet tissue & chemical must be used to prevent sewage back-up. (Supplies available in our camping store)

• The gas and propane tanks are full when the unit is picked up. They are due back full.

• The holding tanks are flushed & and emptied upon departure. If we need to dump the tanks upon return, there will an $8.00 charge.

• The units are cleaned inside and outside after every trip. They are due back in reasonable condition, or there will be a minimum cleaning fee or $50.00

• Cancellations: Once the unit is re-rented for the same dates, your deposit will be refunded to you less $50.00 cancellation fee, other wise you will be responsible to pay for all dates the unit if not re-rented.

Optional Equipment For Rent:

• Hitch $25.00 rental fee

• Bike Rack $15.00 rental fee  You have the option of a bike rack capable of carrying 2 bikes or bike rack capable of carrying 4 bikes; please specify. Please request bike rack at time of reservation.

• Livability Kits are available for a fee, depending on the number of people.  Kits include: Bedding, blankets, towels, cookware, etc. Please request kit at time of reservation.
